We offer complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hospital.

Interpretation services

We provide medical language assistance services at no cost to persons who are deaf, hard of hearing, or limited English proficient. Your nurse can assist you in obtaining theses services if needed.

Pastoral services

If you need a quiet place to sit and reflect, visit our chapel located on the second floor of our hospital. Patients seeking spiritual guidance or simply someone to talk with can request a visit from the clergy. Speak with your nurse.


Courtesy phones are positioned throughout the hospital for patients and their visitors.

Visitor information

Gifts for patients

Brighten a patient's day with a visit to our hospital gift shop. Located off the main lobby, we sell balloons, books, magazines, coffee, sandwiches, fresh flowers and other gifts.

If sending flowers, bouquets will be delivered to a patient's room upon arrival. Please note: Flowers are prohibited in our intensive care units (ICUs).

Parking is free throughout the entire hospital campus.

Visiting hours

Regular hospital visiting hours are from 8:00am to 8:00pm and subject to specific restrictions as to time, age, or number of visitors in specific areas.

Specialized units, including the intensive care (ICU), may have different hours. Ask the department charge nurse or call (956) 632-6000 for details.
