McAllen, TX — Rio Grande Regional Hospital, ranked #44, has been selected by Modern Healthcare as one of the 2023 Best Places to Work in Healthcare. This is the fifth consecutive year in a row that the hospital has made the exclusive list.
The rankings were announced on Sept. 28 in Chicago, to celebrate the 2023 award winners. Modern Healthcare partnered with the Workforce Research Group and with the Best Companies Group on the assessment process, which includes an extensive employee survey. While this program has evolved over the years, its mission remains the same: recognizing workplaces that empower employees to provide patients and customers the best possible care, products and services.
